An afternoon full of encounters: xappido at the HSLU Kontaktgespräch 2025

It was a great pleasure to meet so many motivated, curious and talented students who came to us with open questions, interesting perspectives and genuine interest.

Our stand in the foyer

In the foyer of Lucerne University of Applied Sciences, stand followed stand. Our banner said “Join our Team”, the drinks cans with the xappido logo were ready on the standing table, and behind them were people from the team who know our everyday work at first hand.

What we talked about

Talking directly with newcomers to IT was not only inspiring; it showed once again how varied and committed the next generation of software developers is. Whether it was about a look at our projects, questions about our company culture or specific ways of joining us, the conversations were open, honest and on equal terms. That is exactly how we like it.
