A customer portal has two sides. On the outside, your customers do for themselves what they would otherwise phone about: ordering, checking, retrieving documents, around the clock. On the inside, your own people carry on working in the same system instead of retyping what came in.
At Zurich Airport, companies order passes for their employees in the ZRH Center, and the same portal runs the points system that connects employees with their employers. At Schöni, customers enter their transport orders; in the Canton of Zurich, applicants can see how far their naturalisation application has progressed.

Sign-in, roles and permissions, multilingualism: the functions every portal needs are already built here. Our portal core xappido nova holds 19 modules that are finished, tested and have been in daily use since 2014. Your portal builds on that instead of starting from scratch.
